In order to purchase Y2thandmade products, please take the time to read the following policies:
1.Once you have made an order, the items will be reserved for you for 3 days (72 hours). After the reserved period have passed without payment, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. Please informed me for longer period if you need.
2. Custom made for Y2thandmade items are acceptable provided that my fabrics still available. It will take 1-2 weeks time for custom made items. Deposit is required.
3. Items bought are not refundable or exchangeable.
4. I do not take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the delivery process. However, I will help customers to contact Post Office.
5. Due to the brightness of monitor or camera exposure, color of items will vary from the real items.
6. Full payment must be made before posting out the items.
